Meet The Creative
I've often wondered at what age did my love for cameras begin. It turns out, this photo from 1998 marks the start.
In my adolescence, I used underwater single use cameras from the local dollar store. I upgraded to a pocket-sized digital camera, then a DSLR. The slow progression in which I was able to upgrade taught me to appreciate each device I had at my finger tips. Windows Movie Maker was a godsent but my family computer complained. Sony Vegas came around and suddenly I was adding visual effects to every clip I imported.
My college years threw me into the world of Blackmagic and a Panasonic camcorder the size of a small sedan. I was introduced to Adobe Premiere Pro and broke up with all editing software I used prior. I haven't looked back since.
Since 1998, I have had an itch to create. An itch to capture the world around me. It started as a personal love, and I'm happy to report that it has turned professional. I have photographed special events for friends and family and filmed commercial works for small businesses. No matter the occasion, each time I have a camera in my hands feels like the very first time.
I am eager to see where life takes me. You will be able to watch it unfold in real time as I share my work with the world.
